Even though it seems to be such a short time since we said our first hello to April Redman, Spanish teacher, it’s time to say goodbye.

As a great Spanish teacher, Redman ran her Spanish Two and Three classes with care and patience. She took the time to make sure they understood the lessons that she taught. Her outgoing personality towards her students helped them grasp the difficult task of learning a foreign language. Those are some of the many things about her that will make this goodbye so much harder to say.

Although Spanish is Redman’s passion, she could have been found advising Student Council (StuCo) as well. Our great spirit weeks, homecoming activities and dances were all StuCo related events that Redman and Hailey Poss, F.A.C.S. teacher, helped plan. With all of the planned events working out so well and involving so many students, we couldn’t have asked for any better.

With Redman’s teaching career at Louisburg High School being such a success, and her first two years ever teaching, we know she will do great things for other students in the future. La escharemos de menos.
